First Snow Contest update - Richard D winner 2022
Thank you to the 303 participants who played the 2022 edition of the First Snow Contest. The first snow flakes hit Montreal downtown on November 16th early in morning. At 7:20 a.m. Ste-Catherine Street was covered of snow. The 2022 winner is Richard D. He picked November 16th at 7:00 a.m. and was the closest. Congratulations to him.
Contest description
Easy as 1, 2, 3: Guess the exact date and time of when we will have at least 0.5 cm (or a 0.1-inch) of snow in Montreal downtown (Example: Nov. 1 at 11:10 a.m.). The winning entry will be drawn from all the entries with the nearest correct date and time of the first snowfall as measured in Montreal downtown (St-Catherine Street). .
